Topic: THE GLORY OF THE LORD
When He manifests himself as a consuming Fire to sinners, His people can rejoice in Him as their Light. It is of the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, but the sacrifice in our stead, for which we should be very thankful. God gives gracious answer to our prayers. People who worship, praise and pray always see the manifestation of the glory God.
Memory verse: 2Chronicles 7:1, When Solomon finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices, and the glory of the LORD filled the temple.

RELATED ACTIVE STORY
Full scripture: 1Kings 8:6-14, When the priests withdrew from the Holy Place, the cloud filled the temple of the LORD.v11 And the priests could not perform their service because of the cloud, for the glory of the LORD filled his temple.v12 Then Solomon said, “The LORD has said that he would dwell in a dark cloud;v13 I have indeed built a magnificent temple for you, a place for you to dwell forever.”v14 While the whole assembly of Israel was standing there, the king turned around and blessed them… Hallelujah!!!

LESSONS

  1. Solomon prayed and the “glory of the LORD filled the temple.” In the same way we could also pray the manifestation of the glory wherever we find ourselves.
  2. When the glory comes down, is an indication of the LORD’S endorsement that; He is with us and in charge of affairs.
  3. While the assembly was standing there, “the king turned around and blessed them.” The glory doesn’t come without His accompanied blessings.

Today’s Quote: Wherever the glory of the LORD is; there is liberty. NB: A short prayer with the lessons. Main Prayer: May the glory of the LORD come down anytime we pray in Jesus’ mighty name. Singing: 🎹 This is the hour of visitation… God bless you-Amen & amen.
